Every Thursday we have regular talks and discussions on various topics covering meditation, positive thinking, relaxation and personal development. Anyone is welcome to come along. We have 30 minutes of meditation to begin with from 7.00pm to 7.30pm this includes some guided commentaries so is perfect for beginners and great also for experienced meditators. From 7.30 to approx 8.00pm we have a short talk on the given topic. We look forward to seeing you.
