Our mindset determines how we see the world and how we respond to what we see. Generally, today our mindsets are ones of fear and mistrust, these emotions then become the basis of our reactions. These emotions also have an impact on our health and all our relationships.
Locked into a mindset, we tend to live on auto pilot, just reacting to what we see. To rethink is to reflect, to contemplate, to meditate, to give ourselves an opportunity to glimpse the original state of the inner self.
A healthy mindset gives us the power to take control and be our own coach and not dictated by anything else.
