We’ve all heard the saying, ‘see, hear and speak no evil’ now add ‘think no evil’. Have a diet of positive and inspiring thoughts. These types of thoughts make our mind happy. When our mind is happy, our body is healthy and our interactions are filled with friendship.
Just as we give time to others, we also need to give time for ourselves and become our own best friend.
Be positive, be friendly with yourself and you’ll be happy. Acknowledge every relationship to be a close relationship, a friendly relationship, one with understanding, and you’ll find you think less!
