Giving Life to the Flowers Within – Ikebana of the Heart
Ikebana – the Japanese art of flower arrangement, often translated as “giving life to flowers”.
It is a meditative, spiritual practice that emphasizes the linear structure of branches and leaves as much as the blossoms themselves, reflecting the person behind the arrangement and inner harmony.
In this session, we will journey deep within ourselves and explore the art of giving life to the flowers within.
